Meet The Black Belts
Poonam Sachdeva
My Karate journey started at the age of 37 to stay fit without a Gym which soon became a passion.
My friends who started along gave up for various reasons that felt awkward being the only female student. My husband and daughters joined to support me in my journey. We became the “Karate Family” 😊

Chaos and surprise are the perfect words to describe my feelings.
There have been tremendous changes both mentally and physically. I am now more composed and challenging situations do not disturb me. I feel ready to face them with a positive mindset.
I am addicted to martial arts.
Parisa Sachdeva
My mother encouraged me to join the self-defence class. Soon it turned into a fun karate class. The belt system made me passionate to achieve.
I have learned to be calm, stay positive and take feedback constructively. Thanks to my sensei, family and peers for being there for me.
Manasvi Singh
The karate sessions, for me, are not just about the techniques and power but growing as a person.
Sensei advises on life at the end of class. I started to help my juniors and created bonds. I am now confident to walk down the street.
Gobind Singh
I had never imagined myself to be so powerful, to do techniques that seemed near impossible at first, to tackle anyone without the fear of getting hurt in the encounter.
Karate has also had a positive impact on my personal life. I improved my anger management, responsibilities, discipline and dedication to the work.
Tanishka Sharma
When I started, I lacked confidence in everything I did. Karate has taught me how to give my 100% in everything and try one more time. Giving up is always easy, but it doesn't make you feel the best out of yourself.
Trying one more time can either build up your confidence or make you reach your goal.
Aarush Singh
Karate taught me about blood, sweat and respect. Blood – The first drop of blood from your body starts the training. Sweat is my jewellery. Respect- I learned not to bully anyone and respect everyone.
Dhriti Batra
I have learnt to keep control, stay focused and calm to prepare myself physically and mentally to achieve what I want in life.
I have learnt a lot so far, and I know that this adventure has just begun. I am ready and up for this challenge.
Jasnoor Kaur
From a little girl who was scared of fighting and getting hurt, to a person who assists her sensei.
helped me accomplish things that I could have
never dreamed of. I am not scared of obstacles anymore but use them as opportunities to rise
above my fears.
